3. SUIT A COMFORTABLE PLACE WHERE YOU WONT BE DISTRIBUTED FOR 60 MINUTES

4. PLAY SOME SMOOTH MUSIC IN BACKGROUND WHICH YOU LOVE OR ASK US TO SEND YOU THE MUSIC LINK BEFORE YOUR SESSION

5.Be comfortable or Relax - You can either sit in chair comfortable back at rest , hands and legs uncrossed or if it suits you , you can simply lie down during your reiki Treatment

6. It is not important to remain in contact on phone as you will be closing your eyes during your reiki treatment , make sure you call them and connect them during the first few minutes and we will disconext the call from our side as you go into deep relaxing stage.
